Friday the 22nd September saw the fifth annual Welsh Fitness Awards take place. The 2023 Welsh Fitness Awards have been the most keenly contested yet.

The awards were held at the iconic Hilton Hotel in Cardiff and hosted by one of the UK’s leading sports broadcasters Ali Drew.

The Welsh Fitness Awards is delighted to announce the winners for the 2023 Welsh Fitness Awards are as follows:

Male Athlete of the Year

Founder of the Welsh Fitness Awards Wesley Skene said, “2023 has been a year like no other. Every single nominee, medallist and winner has achieved something truly special. These are the people that are saving lives, contributing to the economy, and making Wales a better place to live. 2024’s awards have their work cut-out to top this year.”

The evening was also an opportunity to raise funds for our nominated charity, Dreams and Wishes. On the night a fantastic £400 was raised to help seriously ill children.
